Students living North of the Coal Mine that ride a school bus will have pick up and drop off times that will be different than normal. This will be for the next couple of days as Hwy. 9 will be closed and buses in that area will have to detour from their regular routes.

Mrs. Lisa’s and Mrs. Felicia’s PreK students at Ackerman Elementary learned about their body during their “All about Me” unit. One student brought an X-ray of her teeth for show and tell. Their FrogStreet puppet, Ms. Fannie, also sang songs with them about their body. #teamAES






Ms. Sanford has her 4th graders at Ackerman Elementary School working on building tents. Students had to design a tent from a list of materials to keep their campers (cotton balls) dry. Then they went outside and poured water on the tents to see if their designs worked. #teamAES
