The 5th grade students in Mrs Utley’s PACE class at Ackerman Elementary watched NASA’s landing of the Perseverance Rover on Mars in class and used what they learned to make their own soft landings for their “Mars Rovers” in a STEM project about shock absorbers and gravity.
